Please note:
- 3-day minimum stay applies year-round (shorter stays are welcome, but will be charged the minimum 3 days).
- 7-day minimum stay applies over Christmas.
- Daily rates are doubled on all Bank Holidays, including Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
- 50% Deposit is taken at time of booking to reserve your suite. The remaining amount is due on check in day.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Only cash or bank transfer please, no cheques.
- Bookings cancelled with less then 14 days prior to arrival will be liable for the full booking cost. This must be paid within 7 days of cancellation.
- All guests must be neutered if 6 months or older.
- All guests must be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required at check in.
- If you are driving to us please park on our driveway, thank you.
What's Included?
- Heating as required for comfort.
- Cat entertainment such as, toys, climbing trees and scratching posts.
- Spacious suites complete with litter box and bedding (litter included). Litter boxes are checked and refreshed regularly throughout the day.
- Large windows overlooking our family garden and farmers fields- perfect for fresh air, bird watching and squirrel spotting.
- Non-premium branded food is included: Felix, Felix As Good As It Looks, Sheba, Go Cat, Purina One, Gourmet, Whiskas, Iams. Owners are welcome to supply their own food if their precious companion is on a special diet or a fussy eater.
- Lots (and lots) of kisses and strokes! We will play with your babies throughout the day if they wish.
Cat Taxi Service
We provide a local taxi pick up/drop off service, if requested. Our pet chauffeur will ensure your VIP arrives safely to us/your home and will keep you updated along the way. For a quote please email us your requirements to mountviewpets@hotmail.com.
Pet Pedicure Service
Nail trimming is available for only £5 per cat for those staying at our hotel.
Please speak to us when you check in and we can arrange this for you.
We offer a moblie pet pedicure service to those in their own home. This is £15 per pet. If booking more then one pet then additional pets are 1/2 price.
Mobile pet nail trimming is only offered local to following areas: St Lawrence, Southminster, Burnham, Tillingham, Althorne, Mayland, Steeple, Mundon, Bradwell-On-Sea, Purleigh and Latchingdon.
