Our Cat Hotel
At Mountview Luxury Cat hotel, cats are at the heart of everything we do. Our family has proudly run 5 star luxury cat hotels in London since 2019, and in Winter 2025 we brought our passion to St Lawrence, Essex.
Our hotel is brand new and purpose built within our secure family garden with your babies entirely as our focus. We are a small family run hotel where your VIP will be treated like a king or queen.
Our Family
The hotel is owned and run by Chloe Castle and her family. We are lifelong animal lovers. Chloe holds BSc(Hons) degree in Animal Science specialising in Companion Animals. As well as this, she holds qualifications in Small Animal First Aid and a Certificate in Small Animal Hydrotherapy. This unique background ensures that every guest receives thoughtful, knowledgeable care in a safe and nurturing environment.
We all regularly complete continued professional development to stay on top of incoming research so we can ensure we provide the best care (and advice) for your furbaby.
At home, Chloe is proudly "owned" by her three cats - Cookie and Mia, two pampered moggies, and Leia, a gentle Ragdoll - who identifies actually as a lap dog!
Our amazing cat hotel and its guests is our absolute pride and joy. Previous guests have become part of our family and we wouldn't want to live life any other way then being surrounded by purrs, kittie kisses and of course all the fluff that comes with it.
All of our guests are treated like our own pets. We fall in love with each and every single one of them. We will send to you regular updates on your furbaby via WhatsApp throughout their stay.
Every year we have welcomed back returning customers and we are so grateful for their support. Our heart and soul was put into this gorgeous little hotel for cats. We are pleased you all love it as much as we do.

Sundays and Bank Holidays Closed For Appointments
Checking in or out of our hotel is by appointment during opening hours only one family at a time. To make a reservation/receive a quote for our cat hotel services please complete a booking form found on the top of this page.
